Located in the heart of vibrant Chinatown, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The stunning lobby with its spacious lounge area and TV, Internet cafe setup, along with a delightful aquarium, set the tone for a fantastic stay. The friendly staff graciously accommodated my early check-in request and ensured a pleasant experience throughout. The room on the fourth floor was impressively clean and roomy, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. Though the bathroom was compact, it served its purpose well. Despite my room lacking a window , the centrally controlled air conditioning kept the room refreshingly cool. The reliable wifi speed was an added bonus. The hotel's prime location allowed for convenient access to the city center, either by foot or the nearby MRT station. The surrounding area offered an array of local food shops and stalls, making it a food lover's paradise. , the hotel provided useful services like local travel agents and taxi options. my stay was nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable and pleasant stay in the heart of Chinatown.

Excellent service and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Despite the thin walls, the comfortable bed made up for it. The hotel's location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. The nearby food court offered delicious options, especially the Indian stall. I would recommend this hotel for its budget-friendly comfort and convenient location.

Great customer svc. The indian guy at the recep in genuinely helpful and polite. Location. Room is small but generally clean.
The centralised aircon was a tad bit too cold. Water from somewhere (another room perhaps) or the airconditioning (I have no idea really) actually leaked into my room thus making my room floor wet. So I got quite a shock when I woje up in the morning. Didnt bother me much tho. There are many other hotels of the same rate around the area so im not so sure if this ones comparable to the rest.

The location and price. It is really value for money. It also provide safes for keeping valuable. This is really very useful.
The atmosphere of the rooms can be improved, they are not very bright giving an atmosphere of gloom. You provide liquid soap for shower and shampoo but I think some customers would prefer normal soap for shower and liquid shampoo for hair (for example, me). Other than that, I think your hotel is doing fine.

I recently stayed at Hotel China Town 2 for a week during my visit to Kuala Lumpur. The friendly staff made me feel right at home and the air-conditioned room was clean and comfortable. Despite being situated in the heart of Chinatown, the room was surprisingly quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions like Petaling Street, Pasar Seni, and shopping malls. Additionally, the affordable price made my stay even more enjoyable.
Would recommend this hotel.

Had a great time exploring the shopping and attractions nearby. The hotel provided convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi and tour assistance.
Just loved the fact that the hotel lacked any notable negatives. It was absolutely perfect in every way.

The elderly gentleman at the reception was very friendly. Arranged for a city tour and booked a taxi to Genting as further part of our tour.
The lady at the reception was not so friendly. She always spoke with a stern face and more than anything the room we had booked through Booked.net was given to someone else without our permission. And the receptionist dint have any regrets or feel sorry about it. She said - You can wait at the reception or come back after 3 hours and I will try to arrange for your room. But finally she obliged to allot us another room and we adjusted in a much smaller room for 1 night.

I booked and requested for single beds in a room. Management received my request much earlier but did nothing to meet them. The metal door barrier to my room door was missing
